Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.

For orders under $250, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ValueUp is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand) may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
